Read system health

Check the nightly schedule and morning notices without treating run records as proof that a customer received a message.

Open the system health page

Owners and administrators can open Health from office navigation. This guide focuses on The nightly schedule and its morning notices; other operational panels are outside its scope.

Review recorded runs and morning notices in the schedule section.

Read the scheduled step table

Each row represents a scheduled step. The table shows Last run, status (Worked, Failed, Skipped, or Unknown), and Last worked. A cadence label says every hour or each morning. A row may show the recorded reason for a failed or skipped run. Overdue means the step has gone longer than its expected interval since it last worked; Running is the overall badge when no step is overdue.

Check organization-specific notices

Your morning did not run is specific to your organization. Steps that failed this morning explains whether another scheduled attempt remains. These notices can differ from the deployment-wide schedule table. If no schedule has run, the page says Scheduled sending has not run today instead of showing the table.

The page reports scheduler records; it is not a full run history or a live monitor. It does not prove a customer received a message or that an outside service completed its work.
