Use the private rating link after a completed visit to tell the contractor how it went.
Choose a rating
A review link is tied to a specific completed visit and can be used once. Choose the rating that reflects the service and add a note only if the form offers it. Do not forward a private link; ask the contractor for a new one if it has expired.
- Open the review link from the contractor’s message and submit your response on that page.
